Is the Hindu god of creation and is the consort of Saraswati. He created his "sons," the Prajapatis, and Manu, the first man. Amongst his sons was Daksha. Brahma the Creator is one third of the Trimurti, along with Vishnu the Preserver and Shiva the Destroyer.
Brahma is usually portrayed with prayer beads, a lotus, a book or inscription and usually a swan or goose, his vahana, or mount. He also usually has three or four heads.
