the Angeoa is an enormous whale or fish of Inuktitut mythology in Canada. This monster is described as being solid black with a humongous fin. It is reportedly 50–60 feet long. Apparently, it is very hostile, and sometimes even overturns kayaks for fun and possibly drowns and eats humans. It lives in Dubawnt Lake in Nunavut, Canada. An Inuit man told another man named Farley Mowat that an Angeoa overturned his father's kayak and killed his companion.
